Light not illuminating

I reported this here but have received a reply pointing to Richmand Road, saying the fault could not be found and that the case was closed. The light is opposite my home at number 64 directly on the other side of the road and is still NOT WORKING!!!. Why your system picked a position on Richmond road I do not know, but suspect either a fault in your app, or your repair men went to the wrong place.
