Land adjacent to Hawthorns, London Lane, MK45 3LR Reported anonymously at 12:22, Wednesday 9 March 2022 We are attempting to identify the owner of T2 Ash, T4 Oak and T5 Lime on the attached site plan. The trees have been implicated in a subsidence damage claim at the above address. Land registry shows that the land is unregistered I would be grateful if you could confirm whether Central Bedfordshire Council is the owner of the trees or has any responsibility for them and / or the parcel of land on which they are located.
