Crossing at the junction of Ampthill Road and Ridgeway Road. Reported by Robert Crudgington at 06:44, Fri 25 March 2022 The dropped kerb is very high at the crossing. I have now twice had a problem crossing on my mobility scooter at this junction, one damaging my scooter and again with my scooter overturning with me on it and falling into the road and damaging my scooter again. I was helped by passers by and motorist. The pavements in this area are totally unsuitable for mobility scooter use. Also there is a problem parking on the pavements in this area. This problem has been like this since I moved into the area over 5 years ago.
