You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Cul de sac end of Banks Close (30-50 Banks close) Reported anonymously at 07:41, Tue 10 May 2022 The vegetation ( low hanging tree branches, shrubs, brambles) is encroaching on to the road. This problem was reported some months ago & council response was that is private property & that a letter would be sent to the owner, but there has been no action taken to rectify the problem. Since then the vegetation has encroached on to the road even further & is overhanging the kerb stones by 2-3 feet & causing damage to vehicles trying to pass in an ever narrowing road. It is also causing difficulty for the refuse collection vehicles who are finding it a tight fit between vehicles & the increasing encroachment of shrubbery on to the road. I would also dispute the response that this is not council responsibility as the vegetation is on the verges, not within the property boundary fence & even if this was the case, it should not be causing obstruction to a public road.
