Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 19471.

Over time the area of wet road has been getting bigger. There is no obvious hole in the road, but the road is very wet, so must be coming up from underneath. Throughout the dry summer, the road has continued to be wet.
