I reported this yesterday (EFF026182) and now sending photos showing the female Paradigm tenant putting the children’s equipment in her car. They drive off at 14:55:22 (school run) I saw the rubbish by the bin at 18:20 on Tuesday 29th. This had been outside their house in Welsting Gardens for 6 weeks
