Condoms not sure who I was supposed to inform. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour in a childs play area.

On edge of grass near yellow entrance gate nearest the church. One near the tunnel, the swings and another by the balance beam.

Every Saturday morning this play area os littered with rubbish which I frequently clear up but I draw the line at condoms. Please forward onto relevant department. Thank you.
