Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 19503.

Manhole cover closest to Swift Close is loose and clatters loudly on each of the many occasions that traffic drive over the cover. This is a particular issue through the nighttime. This has deteriorated over time and been a particular issue throughout the summer
