Not enough StreetLighting
Reported via desktop in the Street Lights category anonymously at 13:40, Fri 26 February 2021
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 352441.
The area surrounding number 11 Arnhem Place is very dark as there is not enough street lighting in this area. This is creating a security risk for the residents in this area. Would it be possible for a lamp post to be put here to improve the lighting of the area and reduce security risk.

Resident has emailed in to advise that we have got the wrong address for the street lighting.
Ms Morton advises that she lives on number 11 Arnhem Place Shefford.
There is inadequate light in this lane which involves at least 3 properties particularly my own and my neighbour as we are in pitch black at night.
The contact details for the resident are as followed: 07860923086

Customer has called to follow this up, she does not agree that this is not adopted land. There was an issue with overgrown vegetation which CBC have accepted responsibility for in the same area. Please can you check on this, customer is adamant that she needs additional lighting and has advised that she will refer this to the local councillor. Please update the customer.
