Overgrown Tree

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 353012x.
Tree in car park behind 191 Spoondell is overgrown and overhanging in to the properties this is having an effect on the tree growing the garden next to car park. The tree used to be maintained by the council every 18 monthsish but has not be trimmed back in a couple of years which is effecting the residents

Customer has called again regarding this tree. She has been in contact with the housing team and housing repairs and both are saying it is not their responsibility. Is there any information on who in housing it has been passed too so it can be chased. with them.
