Sign fallen

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 354102x.
Parking sign at double yellow lines on House lane has rusted at the bottom and fallen down. Resident has move sign and pole into his front garden at number 96 as school children were playing with it. Can someone come out and remove the sign and put a new one up please.

An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx.

Customer has called again there is still a jagged metal piece from this sign post left in the pavement and she is worried that this is a hazard.
There is still no new no parking sign which customer says is causing issues.State changed to: Open
