Overgrown Trees and Broken Fence

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 354222.

Land Behind 34 Willoughby Close there is a green area and the fence here has fallen down and would it be possible for this to be repaired. The tree here are also very over grown and tall they sway a lot in the wind and residents have concerns that the trees may fall onto the property and cause damage can these trees be trimmed to make them safe.

    Please confirm title number to ensure we are looking at the same location. HM Land Registry records land as still still responsibility of developer. CBChave adopted the road, footway and verges. Land to the rear of 30-35 has not been adopted according to available records

  • Resident disagrees with the decision.
    Has been in touch with the Land registry and they have informed the resident that the land behind number 34 has been adopted by CBC.
    The Title number the resident got is BD 207974 and the Ordnance survey map number is
    TL 0221 SW . If you need to speak to the resident . I have emailed her phone number to the TO

    Land is not maintained by CBC nor in the issue affecting publicly maintained land. Central Bedfordshire Council are unable to assist in this matter.

    We have comfirmed our adoption plans for the estate and the land to the rear of these properties was not adopted nor does any other department within the council have any interest in this land
