We last communicated in October 2018 about a tree located next to my house. At that time some Ivy was cleared from the trunk and the crown was raised.
Whilst I understand that you will not remove this tree it is now overhanging onto my property and throughout the year causes issues to my property, currently seeds, later sap onto windows and my cars, leaves in the Autumn. The problem with limbs falling onto the footpath used by children walking to the nearby school continues. As the tree grows larger, I am becoming concerned by its proximity to my property and the possibility that it’s root structure could cause issues with my foundations. The tarmac footpath used by residents and children walking to the nearby school is deeply rutted by the root structure breaking it up. This fills with water and becomes slippery when it’s icy, causing a hazard walking over it.
