  • Customer called to follow up initial report, she was concerned that she may have missed a call from the Area Team. Ditch is blocked and has a tendency to flood the houses lowere down the street from the pipe underneath the road. Please can the ditch be inspected and cleared if appropriate, customer says it is full of weeds and plants but she is no longer able to get down there. She has also asked if the stones can be replaced in the side of the ditch like the neighbours end further up. Please can the customer be contacted, details on the customers tab with an update. Thanks.
