Trip Hazard

Reported via iOS in the Surface cover category by Beverley Woodage at 07:32, Saturday 24 April 2021

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 355325.

I originally reported this on 24th March 2021 & noting has been done. This is a busy pavement especially with the elderly using walking sticks. This is a matter of urgency.

Updates

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)

We will continue to monitor all defects to ensure the safety of our residents as part of the NMMP which can be found online - http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx.

    Many thanks,
    Central Bedfordshire Council Highways.
