Good morning,
I want to report a large tree outside the back of my property which is a huge pain. It is right up too close to my fence which not only causes green mould everywhere but also creates huge lumps of unhygienic bird poo in my garden which my young toddler tries to pick up all the time. The fence is also rising up and starting to break I have already had to have one panel repaired. I have also had to rearrange my garden to make it easier to clean away all the bird poo that is there every single day. On lots of occasions now we have had huge branches falling of it which has hit my dog once but it won't be long before one hits my children or even the children walking to school along the path outside the back of my house.
In the past few years the tree has been looked at and trimmed once by yourself but it just grows back just as big. If I was to trim of the overhanging bits into my garden then that would be half the tree so would then become unsafe. The tree is along appenine way leighton buzzard not far from beaudesert lower school which I'm sure you are aware there are a 3 trees along the back of mine which all of them are causing problems with my self and my 2 neighbours. my property is 20 Gemini close lu73ue.

Thank you for making a report, however Central Bedfordshire Council are not responsible for this matter. According to the Land Registry, the trees along Appenine Way between the Saturn Close and Gemini junctions are still owned by the Housing Developer, and have not been adopted by us. The historic pruning work was likely conducted by them.
Many thanks,
