  • Customer called as he received email saying that there are no repairs needed. From the report I can see the team couldn't find the area where the problem is. I have advised the customer to send an email with pictures as well to make it easy for the team to find it. Customer advised that even if he will have to do the works he will still need some assistance and traffic control signs to do so.
