  • Customer email:
Please can I speak to a Manger or who is in charge of roads. I have received this reply and it's not good enough. I've lived in Hazel Mead since 2017, the entrance at Holly Acre is not Tarmaced since the site was finished in 2017. This is the entrance from college drive, Linden Homes state its your responsibility to do this as they have done their part upto the junction entrance. Your engineer must be looking at the wrong site because I've just come home and it's the same. I would appreciate a contact that I can discuss this matter with and put a end to a bumpy entrance to our estate.

Email send to the area team-technician

  • customer email:
It's the entrance to Holly Acre from College Drive. The council are fully aware this has not been finished since completion of the estate in 2017. This has been reported by many residents and I'm flabbergasted the highways officer or council are not aware or can find it.

I'm happy to meet the officers to show them but I have given you the exact location.
