Overgrown Tree

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 356598.

In the garden of 80 Burr Street there are a few trees that are very tall and overgrown which is blocking sunlight from the property and blocking sunlight from neighbours solar panels. The trees is overhanging the boundary and has pigeons in it which poo in the next door garden causing a health hazard for the children there

    Central Bedfordshire Council are unable to intervene in civil issues regarding third party trees affecting private property

  • Follow up call from customer.

    Is aware that we can't do cut the trees down but these trees are causing an issue and customer was told we would be able to write/have a word with the property owner.
    Who can customer go to to ask this is resolved as the trees are really casuing an issue and customer has tried talking to the owner and it hasnt resolved anything.
