Foot path rear of Bradshaws close, Osbourne Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 356645.
Multiple trees are overhanging my property, causing the following problems:
Squirrel problems. We have had squirrels getting into our loft before. They have caused damage to electrical cables and other damage within the loft. We have had to replace soffits and fascias, at major expense, to ensure that no small gaps were left for them to gain further entry. Now we can hear them jumping onto our roof. Method is via trees in the footpath that overhang my property. These trees, plus several others we would like pruned back to at least our boundary.
Constant deluge of leaves, causing us relentless garden maintenance work.
In the past you have maintained your footpaths pruning trees on your side of the boundary regularly. For some reason this has stopped. These trees are now causing a nuisance and we are concerned we could have more damaged caused by squirrels.

Customer called as not happy with the answer from our team. If is the case that no action will be taken due to nesting season can understand that but will like to know if once the nesting season will end this issue will be sort it. Customer adviced that due to way overgrown trees they have problems with squirrels and the stage of their garden is bad. Customer is happy to be contacted if a better explanation is needed for a better understanding of the situation.
