Going away from town down Hockliffe Road, left onto the footpath before Clipstone Brook. The footpath runs in front of the houses and turns right and crosses a footbridge. The path on the other side of the bridge is in good condition.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 357397.

The entire footpath on the left side of Clipstone Brook from the road onwards is potholed and cracked and full of weeds. It's incredibly treacherous and unsafe for older people especially.
