Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 357462.
I would like to bring to your attention that the owner of no. 2 have chopped/trim down their hedge, which is fine as it should be maintained, as it does joint with a public footpath/alley, however they have not cleared up and left all the mess down the alley, leaving sharp branches sticking out, which in my opinion is causing an obstruction and could cause hurt to anyone walking or cycling through, as the branches are sharp
It doesn’t take much for them to clear up the mess rather than just leave it and to not think of those who use the alley is beyond me Is there anyway you could pass my email to the appropriate dept and look into sending someone round to make the alley branches safe of all sharp bits. I hate to think that a child could run down and catch their face on one of the branches.
