The hedge at 22a Grange Street, Clifton is obstructing the footpath, pedestrians are forced to walk in the road. This is a hawthorn hedge and there is a danger that the branches could cause injury as all are at eye level. Disabled and pushchairs cannot use the path.
This has been an issue for the last 3 months and occurs every year.
