Manhole cover in pavement outside 43 Silver Birch Avenue
Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 12:35, Fri 25 June 2021
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 358385x.
The manhole cover in the pavement leading into my drive appears to be raised and the bottom of the car keeps catching and damaging the exhaust when I drive over it. This seems to have happened over a period of time

Thank you for your Highways report.
We are currently assessing the report. We have tried to make contact by telephone and by knocking at the residents door on several occasions to discuss the work as we require the resident to alter the height of their driveway so when we lower the footpath it is at the same level as the driveway.
Many thanks,
