  • customer called for updates and I did advise that we are waithing a time frame from the replacement team to provide to us. Once we have this information the report will be updated.

  • I am still waiting for a response from you despite various promises to get back
    to me. Previously you indicated that you would advise me when a timescale
    for the replacement lamp post was available, this was over two weeks ago
    and surely by now a schedule of work is in place for you to be able to commit
    to a date.

    I can only repeat my previous concerns i.e. we live on a sharp and now dark
    bend and the worry this creates every day without adequate street lighting.

    My husband is disabled and every night the fear of seeing car lights coming
    straight towards our property and hoping they realise they have to turn on
    the dark corner is causing considerable stress.

    We trust you will respond urgently with positive news.

    Once again, we have had no response from you . I have now made 3 phone calls,
    sent 3 emails and notified FixMyStreet No. 358785 all to no avail.
    Since Monday 28th June we have waited for an update on the replacement
    of our street lamp. Yet again we have been told the request for a timescale
    has been passed to the relevant team and yet again no-one has bothered to
    give an answer.
    So far 6 members of your staff in customer services have promised an update
    and so far no update has been forthcoming.
