Entrance to Billington Road

Reported via desktop in the Road Surface category by Aaron Willis at 19:01, Monday 5 July 2021

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 358789.

Entrance to Billington Road from Grovebury Road outside Mo's Mini market shop.

The road on Billington Road was re-done in 2020, but the concrete edging joining the road onto Billington Road/driving out of Billington Road onto Grovebury Road corner, is not flush. It's a ridge which wasn't done properly when the resurfacing works were done, it was done too high. It was flush before the works were done. It's really uncomfortable as all four wheels go over it at different times due to being a corner and isn't smooth at all. Please smooth it over, it's really dangerous for ambulances to have such a ridge to go over as well.
