Bollards Have been removed from verge protecting grass

The area of grass to the north west end of London Road is being churned up into a mud bath since some bollards have been removed and more and more vehicles are now parking on the grass now that access is easy. The bollards need replacing and some grass seed thrown down as it is a awful state there. you will see from the photos from google map and the recent one I took how the issue has developed
