  • Follow up call from customer:
Concerned as front garden is now soaked from the water over the wekend due to the blocked drains outsde number 6 and 8.
Can this be looked at as soon as possible as the dampness rises up the house and will cause damage to the property.
Updated customer contact details and emailed area team.

  • Escalation - Email sent to area team.

Customer has called again to chase for an update but there is nothing on insight. This customer is very unhappy as the issues is still present after 3 and a half weeks. The water remains on her property and has past the damp protection on the house which may now create issues inside the property. Anglian water have attended and tried to clear some water, although they have confirmed that the drain is a council owned storm drain.

Please would it be possible for the customer to be contacted with an update as soon as possible.
