Outside 54 Osborn Road, MK45 4PA
Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 12:53, Mon 12 July 2021
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 359113.
The path and driveways between number 52 and 56 are a serious trip hazard. People have tripped and fallen (including my children on many occasions), and the elderly that live close by avoid this part of the path all together to prevent serious injury. I have also personally received complaints (homeowners of 54) due to the state of the path and grass verge. It was in a state when we moved into the property in 2019.

Hello. Please can I have an update on the status of this report. A gentleman walking his dog week tripped and fell on the uneven surface. I felt absolutely terrible.
Many thanks!

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
We have inspected today and although there is some uneven surface, we could not identify a defect requiring urgent repair. Resurfacing patching work is planned for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of these works in the new year.
If you can forward pictures of any area you feel we may have missed on our assessment, please report again and add photos. Many thanks,
