Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 359288.

The problem still percists i do not understand why the prevous report is market as fixed if no one has spoken with me, would like to understand what pictures have been taken and what time of the day these have been taken. It is a dangerous situation that is happening to me caused by a change in the way the council re surfaced the pavement. I urgeny need safety poles urgently or advise if we can do it ourselves. I am not able to safely leave or enter my property pedestrians are also in danger as cars speed through the pavement to get into the shop. I need help and a solution. Thank you

    Good afternoon Mrs Silva,

I have reinspected again today and brought my manager with me to look at the issues, we do not feel that we could install bollards as this will not stop the parking outside your property and the original verge that was there previously was removed due to vehicles constantly parking and driving across the footway

We would suggest you contact the police to report any anti-social behave you have encountered.

    Kind Regards

    Area 3
