Station Road opposite Lydds Hill

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later

Seems to have been a 'flytipping' of a bird feeder which has appeared, making the entrance access to a pathway particularly difficult. Cannot adjust the birdfeeder arms to make your pathway clear, they are static. This is a hazzard and causing a safeguarding issue to all foot users. Not exactly sure why a birdfeeder is needed here?
