Reported via desktop in the Flooded Property category anonymously at 10:24, Wed 21 July 2021
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 359540.
Despite reporting the incidence of flooding from the highways on several occasions, the problem persists. It is not acceptable to simply clean the drains, this token gesture is obviously not working.
We would appreciate a call or discussion with a highways engineer - Our property is now flooding every time there is heavy rain due to run off from the highway,

Customer has emailed in with the following information:
We logged an incident on 21st July relating to recurring flooding from the highway onto our property. This is just one of a number of incident logs which never get actioned or responded to which is not only frustrating but extremely disappointing. The fix my street site shows the incident as under investigation and this has remained the same since we reported it.
The councils total disregard is unacceptable. Can you please escalate and arrange for someone to contact us regarding this matter, as soon as possible?
