Tring Road between Wellhead Road and Farmers Lane

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 359840.
Despite numerous previous complaints dating back 2 years, i draw your attention to the fact that the pavement on this stretch of road is inadequate, threatening to be extinguished altogether and unsafe. The pavement between Shepherds farm and Springfield road is non existent!! This road is extremely busy and residents walking throughout the area (between streets/houses) have nowhere to walk on a very dangerous fast road. Please consider and implement immediate priority to widening existing pavements/footpaths to adequate and statutory widths of 1.5mtrs. If this final request is ignored it will be my intention to provide notice of a full legal pursuit of the given statutory design guidelines for rural roads verges and footpaths to be implemented.

I visited this sie for inspection yesterday. The response of "No defect found" is because there is no footway along the B489 (Tring Road) between Shepherds Farm and Springfield Road. It is only grass verges along that road. If there is a footway or footpath that I have missed please can you report this issue again and please attach as many photos as you can of the footpath/footway and of the surrounding areas as this can really assist us during inspections. Thank you.
