The whole length of Luton road the pavements need sweeping the gullets next to boundary garden walls are disgusting they are full of grit stone broken glass cigarette ends and general rubbish.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 359915.

The street needs sweeping not just litter picking. Are the sweepers disabled and unable to do their job, can they not let go of the handles to sweep? The last time the road was swept properly was 2012 when the Olympic torch came along here and I think every member of staff helped do a detailed clean. We sweep outside our property and our neighbours as the council fail to do so.
