Hedges and verges growing into road

Reported via desktop in the Hedges category by Cllr John Baker at 13:17, Tue 3 August 2021

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360094.

Essentially two problems:

1. The hedge adjacent to Church View was culled by Highways in 2020, but not the first metre or so at ground level so that's still growing out into the road.

2. Further down hill, the hedge is growing into the road and reducing the width. This has become a particular issue because of the need to park cars on the footpath side, hence reducing carriageway width for what remains.
