Overgrown hedge

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360170.

Hedge at rear of 18-27 Russell Close overgrown and breaching road space, meaning cars are scratched by the hedge as cars park opposite it meaning limited space for cars to pass.
