Next to the Grass Verge corner of the Cedars and Staines Square

Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 16:50, Thursday 5 August 2021

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360215.

The pavement is in a terrible state with multiple slabs that have now settled at different Levels representing a large number of trip hazards to the public.

10 yards from this the Council have supposedly repaired an area of paving round the base of a lamp post. There was a tree there and the stump should have been ground down. Instead they have raised the slabs around it. This has made a bad situation much worse. It is a substantial trip hazard, as it is around the base of a light and casts shadows.
