Cars using footpath as a roadway, not using parking bays but driving across grass, has had potential of hitting pedestrians when crossing, had a few near misses

Follow up call regarding vehichles on verges - parking advised if no lines nothing can be done would like this seen to as a pedestrian was nearly knocked over.

Thank you for making a report, however Central Bedfordshire Council are not responsible for this matter. The council has no authority here for drivers crossing the footpaths or verge illegally, Bedfordshire Police will need to be contacted as this is in fact a police issue.
