Church Street opposite junction Priory Road (cannot pinpoint the tree as system does not work)

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360498x.
This is two trees against our rear garden fence of 16 Bernard Close, and bungalows for elderly people. One tree I believe is an Ash the other unknown, there is also a telegraph pole buried in the trees. Two large branches fell from one of the trees into our garden luckily when nobody was in the garden at the time during the weekend of 31st July 1st August 2021. These are overshadowing the garden and making the garden dark. Please can these be removed or at the very leased cut right back.
