Path not safe walking up Plantation road
Reported via mobile in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 15:40, Friday 13 August 2021
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360509.
Path from Taylors ride to Heath Court is not safe to walk on. This path is now so overgrown and reduced in size that you have to walk so close to the kerb. With HGVs and Buses using this road it’s extremely unsafe. Also in last 6 months I have encountered cars mounting the pavement at speed and having to take evasive actions . Also vehicles are regularly speeding along this road and in some cases overtaking at speed exceeding 50 miles an hour. It won’t be long before a serious incident occurs on this stretch of road .
