Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360565.
There is a public footpath at back of property large tree overhanging my garden please inspect. Council has maintained in the past.

Our engineers have inspected the area and are satisfied that no further action is required at this time. We have informed the customer that they are able to prune any branches growing over thier property boundary, not to cut the tree down. We do not prune trees to mitigate nuisance, please refer to Tree Policy found online.Many thanks,
