Passing request back to Area Team.
There are repeater signs with the speed limit on Kirby Road. If these are missing, this is a maintenance issue. We only need to ensure there is a 'traffic calming feature' such as a repeater sign every 100m in a 20mph zone, and Kirby Road is only 250m long, so there is sufficient from a Traffic Management view.
The signage for Ashton Square Car Park is not incorrect, but there appears to be a sign for this missing at the bottom of the road advising vehicles to turn right on to West Street, which would get them closer to the car park, and moving towards the next sign.
We can't advise with regards to the bollards. There doesn't appear to be a Church on Kirby Road?
