4inch diameter hole in footpath that is over 1 foot deep

    Hi,

    We, along with our neighbours, have reported a deep hole (over a foot deep) in the pavement several times over the last year and recently a cone has been placed over the hole. I can see on the FixMyStreet app that this was updated on 23rd September with a note saying the hole would be made safe but would require a dig to investigate what is underneath the footway.

    Location - outside 326 Grasmere Way, LU72QB.

    Can you tell me when the work is planned? It is right outside our house and will affect our access for parking on our drive.

  • Thank you for requesting an update for when this work will be carried out. It has been two weeks and there isn’t a response on the fix my street app yet. Just wondering if there’s any other way to find out when they’re planning the work?
