The mini roundabouts at jnc of Leighton Road and Derwent Road, Leighton Buzzard.
Reported via desktop in the Potholes category anonymously at 11:35, Sunday 29 August 2021
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360950.
The approach to this mini roundabout and the roundabout itself needs immediate repair. The yellow circles painted on here months ago were to indicate action was needed have now all been eroded by the increase in the size of the potholes. Work has just been completed on Derwent Road, why was this section missed when it is only feet away? A motorcyclist is going to come off here as the surface is so dreadfull. I have been reporting this since March this year and nothing appears to have been done to correct the failed road surface. Oher motorists are also swerving around this surface which is becoming an accidient waiting to happen. This area of failed road was much worse than the other part of the road which was feet away and did not need re-laying. Please escalate this call up otherewise I think it will be time to escalate this, my self to our good MP Andrew Selous, who I am sure will have no hesitation is questioning the council on this. His record of supporting his constitunets is very good. Thankyou.
