Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 360981.

Continuation of excavation works by unknown contractor. Site has been left using inappropriate barrier system and there is no correct SLG (signing, lighting, guarding) as per NRSWA (new road and streetworks act 1991) the site is unlit causing a hazard and there is no permit board of who to contact should an accident arise. By the way these works have been carried out and left am unsure if the contractors carry a valid streetworks card which will mean an illegal excavation in the highway has been carried out
