Adjacent the High Street, Leighton Buzzard, roughly in front of Boots the Chemists.

Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 15:29, Mon 13 September 2021

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 361459.

A TRIP HAZARD: There are 4 or 5 small, round, mini-man-hole-covers, set into the pedestrian area, each one 6 or 7 inches across. However, one of them sticks up some 20–25mm above ground level. Unfortunately, this morning (13/09/21) an elderly gentleman tripped over this and went sprawling on the ground. Fortunately he wasn't seriously injured and after helping him up, he hobbled off. Fortunately for you, being the age he was, he isn't into the Compensation Culture, but I promised him I would advise you of this danger on his behalf, which I am now doing. Falls aren't good for the elderly and this is a more-serious accident, such as a broken hip, just waiting to happen!
