  • Thank you for contacting us with information relating to a Highways issue. Our engineers have inspected and found a fault with the power supply which is owned and maintained by the electricity provider. We have requested that they investigate and make a repair (their target timescale is 28 days). We will continue to monitor this issue until it is resolved. Please contact us again after that time if the light is still out.

  • As requested if this was not resolved to contact you. It is still NOT working and as it is getting dark a lot earlier it needs to be resolved.

  • Just to let you know that this has still not been fixed, how long is it going to take, especially as the nights are a lot earlier now. It is a dark area. As previously you asked to notify you if it was not done, I have not even seen anyone looking at the problem.

  • This problem still has not been resolved, the Pelican Crossing and Street Lamp are still not working, which means it is a dark corner. What is the point of having a Pelican Crossing situated here if the lighting is NOT working. When will this problem be resolved.
