Light has not been working for over a year

Street Light 7A not working despite being reported several times over the last year. Light is situated between Elm Park Close houses and Westminster Gardens houses. At night it is pitch black. To get to the front door, residents have to walk down a dark alley way (2nd pic) (also there is a dark alley on the Westminster Garden side). Without a torch, residents have to feel their way along the alley way and then feel their way to the left hand turn that leads to their homes. It is very dark and scary and delivery people have said that they do not want to deliver after dark (which in the winter is quite early). It is not safe at night, particularly for females, I feel.

When do you think this light is going to be fixed? The nights are drawing in; next week-end the clocks go back, so it is going to get dark even earlier. This is a secluded spot and can be very hazardous for residents returning home after dark (which could be as early as 4.30 p.m).

I want to confirm that the broken light, is between Houghton Regis and Westminster Gardens (not Windsor Drive). My Daughter is now really scared when she returns from work as it is pitch black. My food delivery driver has said that he will not come to the house, once it gets dark.

Email from resident;
Hopefully will help with finding the location.
Good morning,
I have been trying to get a street light fixed for nearly a year. Reference No: 361847. Street light is situated between Elm Park Close and Westminster Gardens.
As you turn into Elm Park Close there is a left hand turn (which is a cul-de-sac). At the bottom of the cul-de-sac there is an alley on the right hand side, that leads to the front of the houses.
There is a green between Elm Park Close and Westminster Gardens. On the right is a wooded area. The street light is immediately in front of the wooded area.
At night it is pitch black. By 4.30 p,m it is already dark.
Street light is displaying a sticker which states 'street light 7A faulty, please repair'.
My daughter says she feels scared when she returns from work as it is so dark.
Council meetings have re-started in person and when I return home - maybe only 9 p.m, I carry an alarm which has a small torch.
I have had to feel my way along the alley to get to where I turn left and then feel my way to my front door. It can be very scary.
Food delivery drivers have said they do not want to deliver once it gets dark.
Would you please arrange for this light to be fixed.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

My Daughter had to go to an out of hours vet. Unfortunately, we lost our dog. My Daughter didn't get home until 2 in the morning, she was understandably upset and had to come through the dark alley along the side of the houses and then turn left to get to the house in pitch darkness. Whe will this light be fixed?

Light still not fixed despite several promises. Delivery men wont come to the front of the house when it is dark and have taken to throwing parcels over the back garden fence. My Daughter carries a torch and alarm as she is not happy about how dark it is when she comes home from work. Really worried as the police have been called to empty houses opposite. It doesn't feel safe during these dark months.

The Reference number for the street light (Fix my street), is 361847. Old street light had the sign, street light 7A needs repair.
The street light is situated, between, Elm Park Close and Winchester Gardens (LU5 5PN).
I was really happy that a new light had been installed but could you please arrange for the new light to be activated please.
Thank you,
