Since Birch Grove was last resurfaced, probably several years ago, there are several home, including numbers 11 and 12 which have much water in the gutter at the end of the drives which remains long after the rest of the street has become dry;

Excessive water in the gutters, particularly outside some of the properties, which takes a long time to clear away. It has been like this since the road was resurfaced several years ago.
