Crack in the pavement, dangerous for walking stick users.

Resident called to advise that the kerb has lifted.
Resident advises that she contacted housing previously and advised this should have been dealt with by highways.
Resident advises us that this has not yet been inspected and would lke an update as to when this repair will be completed please.

Customer has called for an update advised that has been inspected and no repair is necessary.
She is concerned that the wrong area has been inspected and is unhappy no repair will take place. The issue is right outside her gate at number 13 as the issue worsens it is making it difficult for her to get out of the house as she is disabled and uses a walking stick. She is requesting this is reinspected.
